第一点：研究目的的撰写
ObjectivesThe aim of this systematic review was to determine the risks and benefits of early (< 48 h) compared to late (≥ 48 h) initiation of pharmacologic VTEp in adult trauma patients with blunt abdominal solid organ injury managed nonoperatively. The primary objective was to determine whether early initiation of pharmacologic VTEp is associated with a difference in the rate of failure of NOM, compared to late initiation. Secondary objectives were to evaluate differences in risk of DVT and pulmonary embolism (PE), blood transfusion, mortality, and other bleeding complications.

第三点：研究选择和数据的提取
